Understanding Administrative Roles

Key Distinction: The three administrative roles operate at different levels:
  • Super Admin: Platform-wide control, manages the entire system across all chapters. No chapter assignment needed.
  • Chapter Admin: Strategic governance of a specific chapter - sets policies, manages schools, makes high-level decisions.
  • Administrator: Day-to-day operations within a chapter - handles events, scoring, attendance, and supports users.
Think of it as: Super Admins run the platform, Chapter Admins govern chapters, and Administrators execute daily operations.

Important Notes About Roles

  • • Users can have multiple roles within different chapters or seasons
  • • Role assignments are managed by chapter administrators
  • • Some roles have eligibility requirements (e.g., reviewer attendance)
  • • Role permissions are automatically enforced by the system
  • • Contact your chapter administrator for role changes or questions
