Pre-Show Submission
Initial nomination and preparation phase before the performance
Step 1Initial Category Nominations
Show Director or Primary Teacher submits initial category nominations before the performance

Actions Required:
- Access the Glamies Platform
- Navigate to your show's category submission page
- Review all applicable categories for your show type
- Submit student names for each category
- Save nominations as draft or submit for review
Validation Rules:
- Must suggest at least 2 students for each "(x2)" performance category if applicable
- Can propose 1-4 students for technical categories
- Students must be high school aged (14-19) in a participating program/school
- Each student limited to: ONE solo performance + ONE technical, OR TWO technical categories

Step 2Nomination Validation
System validates nominations against eligibility rules

- Students can only appear in allowed category combinations

Step 3Technical Categories Review
Adjudicator reviews technical categories with the reviewer team first

- Open Glamies Platform under "Performance Categories"
- Go through each technical category systematically
- Ask the room: "Do we find this category eligible? Does anyone object?"
- Mark category as eligible if no objections
- Skip categories with "New" status and no submitted names
- Document any changes or objections

Step 4Performance Categories Discussion
Review and potentially modify performance category nominations with reviewer input

- Collect additional name suggestions from reviewers
- If more than 2 names for "(x2)" categories, facilitate brief discussion

- Record final nominations in Glamies Platform
Validation Rules:
- Maximum 2 students for "(x2)" categories
- Reviewers get one vote per category (or two for Outstanding Lead)
- Top vote recipients become reviewer choices
- Character field must be populated for performance categories

Step 5Final Eligibility Determination

- All changes must be documented in Glamies Platform
- Rejected categories cannot be scored
- Modified nominations replace original submissions

Post-Eligibility Scoring

Step 6Reviewer Scoring
Reviewers score each eligible category using the rubric system

- Access scoring interface for the performance
- Score each eligible category (0-100 scale)
- Provide written feedback where required
- Save scores as draft or submit when complete
- Wait for adjudicator approval to finalize
Validation Rules:
- Only eligible categories can be scored
- Scores must be 0-100
- All eligible categories must be scored
- Scores update the "scorer performance" field

Step 7Adjudicator Approval

Step 8Score Finalization
