A role with multiple interactions with key points of the show, but plays a smaller role on stage and in the plot. Often sidekicks or secondary characters to main plot lines.
Characters who may enter multiple times but only contribute to one or two big moments in the greater plot. They leave memorable impressions and may or may not drive primary plot points.
Often has one memorable stage moment. May appear as smaller ensemble characters but can only have one moment that features them as an individual.
Determined by the rankings, scores, etc. of their show responses, attendance percentages, and involvement as an individual or team or both

- • A student can only be eligible for ONE solo performance category
- • A student can be eligible for up to TWO technical categories
- • Combined limit: ONE solo performance + ONE technical, OR two technical total
- • Students must be high school aged (14-19) in a participating program/school
- • Technical teams are limited to 1-4 students per category
- • Students MAY be in multiple non-solo categories (Ensemble, Overall Production)
- • Students who are performers cannot review shows they participated in
