A prominent dynamic character that changes or adds to changes in the plot throughout the story. They are on stage for a majority of important scenes and we see a deeper perspective of these characters.

Nomination Rules Summary
  • A student can only be eligible for ONE solo performance category
  • A student can be eligible for up to TWO technical categories
  • Combined limit: ONE solo performance + ONE technical, OR two technical total
  • Students must be high school aged (14-19) in a participating program/school
  • Technical teams are limited to 1-4 students per category
  • Students MAY be in multiple non-solo categories (Ensemble, Overall Production)
  • Students who are performers cannot review shows they participated in
